Dozens of major lawsuits have been filed against pharmacy benefit managers successfully asserting fraudulent activities. Many of these cases are from whistleblowers!
Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to fill out this form so we may use the information to help alert employers, consumers, elected officials and state attorneys general to the problem and to the need for full transparency in PBM contracts.
Please note we will not use your name without your permission! However, we do need to get in touch with you to confirm your information.

Cigna Teledrug refilled an RX that was adjudicated by us 2 weeks prior. They sent the patient a 3 month supply of Ribavirin and Peg Interferon. MD office unaware (according to them) This is an MD office that we have a professional clinical relationship with and they prefer that we dispense the meds.
1. Cigna authorized a refill too soon for their own pharmacy
2. The Rx was filled unknown by MD office
3. Patient was swindled into receiving
4. We were not notified they were taking the patient, nor was the MD
Any willing provider legislation must be implemented for patients residing in NY. Is Cigna Teledrug a NY State licensed pharmacy?
Thanks, Terry
